employees a very happy Independence Day(4th
of July-American Independence Day).
06-15-07: Effective today
all our employees who are enrolled for Group
Health Insurance are covered by Guardian Health
Insurance. Thanks to Ramesh Patel for being
our Agent for Guardian and making this happen
with excellent service. ID cards are mailed
to all of our enrolled employees. Employees
with spouse/children can use the same card
for Health Benefits. Prescription drug Card
is mailed by Guardian directly to Employees.
As we are committed to our employee benefits
policy we always encourage our employees to
join in our Group Health Insurance program.

please contact your HR.

we have closed our Commerce Bank business
checking account. We request all our clients
not to do any ACH transactions with our Commerce
Bank Account. Instead please use our Bank
of America Account. If any questions please
contact us immediately.
04-11-07: Today we have
chosen Bank of America's small business account
for all our financial/banking transactions.
Thanks Steve our BOA small business specialist
who helped us in opening account. We will
be closing our existing Commerce Bank account
shortly. We will notify all our customers
as soon as this change effects. From now onwards
we request our clients with ACH transfers/deposit
facility please coordinate with our sales
team to change your records. An official communication
was sent to all our existing clients. If you
